The forums have been reorganized a bit today. The "Rush" forum is now titled "Recruitment" and the Alumni Initiation subforum is now part of the *new*
Recruitment forum. Alumni Initiation is also now titled Alumnae Initiation.

Alumni Involvement was originally meant to be a place where greek college alumni could discuss related issues. It was never intended to turn into more of a recruitment type forum, but that is what has happened.
It seems a bit more appropriate to have all recruitment type discussions headed under the Recruitment forum.
Also, hopefully this change will help to alleviate many of the issues/problems that were apparent in the Alumni Initiation subforum.
