Yes!
It is given to an older woman - usually a mom of a chapter member or a longtime advisor - to recognize their long time support of the chapter. The Phoenix Recognition Pin is the same - it can be given to male advisors or sweethearts.
Oh, and if you're an alum of another sorority you can still get one of these. (i.e. if your advisor is a XO or something)
