Steve Jobs' Widow, Laurene Powell Jobs, Reportedly Dating Kappa Alpha Psi Member

I think it's too soon for her to start dating. How long usually is grieving process anyway?

Grieving takes exactly a year and a day. She's in the clear - it's been two years.

I know, right?

BruhMan06, who are you to say it's too soon? She's not even 50--just because her husband died doesn't mean she should throw away any desire to be coupled. If it were a man who had lost his wife, would you say the same thing?

Speaking of flipping the script, how about that Adrian Fenty? He is not divorced from his wife.

Honestly, not that I care. I think his post only serves to drive hits to this wretched blog.

Whether it is man or woman, I would say the same thing. What does gender have to do with it?

There tends to be a gendered double standard for most topics. You may not subscribe to such a double standard but if you did I doubt you would admit to it in this thread. LOL.

His widow knows whether she is ready. There is no set standard. Plus Jobs' final wish may have been that she moved on and did not spend much time mourning in solitude.

I think the bigger problem is that she's dating a Kappa. WWJD. That "J" is for Jobs.
