Zeta Cheers

Hey everyone! I was wondering if we could all share our favorite Zeta cheers, chants and songs! This past week our campus finished Sigma Chi Derby Days (ZTA won!) and I realized during some of the events how few cheers we have. Our chapter has so much spirit - I'd love to learn some new cheers and songs to share with my sisters. What are your favorites?

our pres and vp membership brought this one back from NLC this past summer and we love it. We line up on our stairs during recruitment and yell it out to get pumped up!

Zeta's in the front let me hear ya grunt say uhuhuhuh go Zeta
Zeta's in the middle let me hear ya giggle say te-hehehe go Zeta
Zeta's in the rear let me hear ya cheer say woohohohoho go Zeta

a Zeta song book should have some cheers or songs that are pretty peppy as wel.

One of our chapter's faves is the Conversion song...I'm not sure how popular it is, so here are the words -

At my school our very favorite cheer is the echo song. Here are the words, just repeat every line.

We are the sisters of the ZTA fraternity, there are no others with out love and loyalty.
Z-Zeta, Zeta Tau, Zeta Tau Alpha
This all goes along with a little knee, clap, snap thing. It is really fun and we do it on the first day of rush. There is also this one that I love.

Also, what is the Nickalodean song, I don't think I know that one.

Dianne, I haven't heard of the Nickelodeon one either. I have a few ZTA cheers I really love....we just use them a little too much, that's all! Here's one:

They look kinda silly typed out but are really cute in person! I'd love to hear anyone else's, though!! Dianne, I hear y'all use the same cheer at C of C that they do at Wofford - where the only word is "Zeta!" That one makes me smile....

At MD we did that too but the last sentence was

I am the music chair at UM St. Louis and this is really helpfull. I would really love a pm from the Roo Ra girl or anyone else who know that tune and I will so call and you can sing it to me. It is like my personal goal to know all possible zeta songs.

This one I learned last semester when I was a Rho Gamma. Apparently the Iota Omegas got it from a sister who transfered from Miami Ohio. Months later, it STILL gets stuck in my head (but I love it because it's so cute)! It's to the tune of Supercalifragilisticexpiladocious.
