Question about informal rush... What do i wear???
In my defense i looked for forever trying to find an answer...
When they say informal rush does that mean jeans or does that mean kakhis?
[jeans, kakhis, slacks and tails=basic unit of dressiness ]

Depends on what school you're talking about. Up north I would say jeans and a tee shirt are fine. In the south, however, I would recommend a collared shirt (BB, VV, RL, Lacoste) and khakis with brown sperrys or loafers. An oxford is always a solid choice too but I would avoid blazers for rush.

Yeah, it doesn't really matter what you wear then.

I would suggest looking at your university's chapter websites - see if they have "rush" pictures and look at what both the actives and pnms are wearing.

It's better to be over dressed than under dressed. If in doubt khakis and a polo or casualish button down for the first night. Then you can figure out what everyone else is wearing and adjust accordingly for the rest of rush.
