Challenge 450 - many years later

I was looking back through my old T&Ts when I found something called Challange 450. It was in the Spring 1993 T&T and had a goal of 450 active chapters by the year 2000. At the time we had 312 active chapters (at the time I though going up by 138 chapters in 7 years was nuts [almost 20 a year], I still think so). For comparison, we are now at 362 active chapters and will be at 366 or 367 by convention, I think.

One of the things they had there was target schools for each region. 3 for each region except Region III which had 2. It has been interesting to see how we have done...
Region I: UofRI, Adelphi, and Iona C. (0 of 3)
Region II: Niagara U,Lasalle C, and Scranton (0 for 3)
Region III: Shenandoah U. and Towsend (Towson) (1 of 2, Towson)
Region IV: U of Miami, U of Georgia, U of T-Knoxville (2.5 of 3, Miami is an IG)
Region V: Youngstown, Concord C, St. Vincent C. (2 of 3, Concord & St. V)
Region VI: Western Mich, Notre Dame and IIT (1 of 3, Western Mich)
Region VII: New Mexico St., Texas A&I, U of Miss (1 of 3, U of Miss)
Region VIII: U of N-Lincoln, U of K, Cent Miss St. U. (1 of 3, UNL)
Region IX: Iowa St. U of Wisc-Madison, Marquette (2 of 3, ISU & UW)
Region X:UCLA, U of Ariz, Portland St. (2 of 3, UCLA & U of Ariz)

Overall 12.5 of 27.

Didn't IIT have a PG or IG for a while? I seem to remember that, unless I am confusing them with someone else.
