If I'd have wanted your opinions, I'd have posted the PM on the forums - you guys know I usually do that.
But I don't, so I won't.
ETA: It's not all that dramatic, just don't want to even go there.

You did not post the PM but you certainly replied to his post about the PM. We would have never responded if you had just ignored the PM without the Ignore Announcement.

Hey, back it off. She chose not to respond to my PM and did me the courtesy of telling me so rather than just ignoring it. It is her call, so get off her case.

I think we need a sarcastic font.... so for those who are snarktastically challenged.
In unrelated news, I feel like deserve worst mom of the day award. I laid baby girl down for bed about 40 minutes ago. She fussed for a bit, and then began to really cry. I usually let her fuss/cry for 10 minutes before I go in there because she usually fusses herself to sleep (unless she gets hysterical). Well about 5 minutes into her fussing session, she begins to scream bloody murder, and I knew it was a PAIN cry, not a fuss cry. I go up, and my little pumpkin managed to cram her chubby sausage leg so far between the rails that she couldn't get it out. Her leg was wedged in up to her mid-thigh, completely stuck. I had trouble getting it out!!!!!! I had to grab some lotion and grease her leg up a bit, then slid it out. Poor thing, I feel terrible. She's ok, nothing a little bit of boobage and snuggles couldn't fix. Now I'm wondering if I shouldn't put a bumper pad in the crib to maybe keep that from happening again.

Snarktastically challenged, hmmm... I think I should plead guilty as charged.
I tend to take things a bit too seriously. Interesting thing to reflect on since as an undergrad I was the joker who took too little seriously.

My little cousin used to get herself tangled up in the slats of her crib so her mom used an all around bumper pad and it worked like a charm.
Sounds like you have a good idea to use one too.
I would hardly think that you qualify for the worst mom of the day award. Glad that your little one is ok. Quick thinking on using the lotion.

AGZG is a big girl and doesn't need me to defend her, but where I come from when a lady is called down a man has an instinctive response to step in and put himself inbetween the caller and the callee. It used to be considered good manners.
Turning to your comment, I am not sure whether you are a man or a woman so let me limit my response to suggesting that you go take a flying leap.

I prefer "snuck" to "sneaked".
What say you, GC - do you say "snuck" or "sneaked"?
|
Sneaked. Snuck is not a word according to my elementary school teachers.

It's big on mine, too. She's gorgeous!! Name?
OAN: I woke up to frantic texts and missed calls from various family members. My sister panicked when I didn't show up to meet her and wasn't returning her calls--she didn't know if I was mad at her or hurt somewhere. It was a combination of miscommunications and phone hiccups compounded by the fact that I JUST woke up at 6pm. She's ok but now I'm freaking out. It's been years since I've slept all day.

House hunting in rural areas can prove quite difficult.
