How do I grow a booty?
i think i need some junk in the trunk. sitting on my butt at work all day on a hard chair dosent help. what should i do? buy the buns of steel workout video? eat more?

I saw a woman with a great booty and asked her how she got that booty. She told me that she uses a treadmill with a moderate to high incline for 30 minutes. She also takes the stairs instead of an elevator. I don't know if that would work for you.
Also, I never use the word booty.

ellipticals, especially with the resistance up, can definitely make your ass big (works the gluts) but mostly on the lower 'height' settings.
this is why i laugh at the girls at the gym (who generally have brutal 'softball body') who mock girls who do the elliptical at lower than max resistance . . . insert the *the more you know* music here
