Pi Phi House at Ole Miss with the new facade. They did the renovations/additions last summer 2006. It looks very very good.

Here is a pic of the house before the renovations...some called it the ski lodge...

This is insane...

KKG at Oklahoma University:

The house itself holds 95 women.

But check this out; across the street from the house is the Kappa Hall.

From the site:
"This facility is where we hold our weekly Chapter meetings (it seats the entire chapter) and University Sing or Scandals practices and much more"

But they lost all of their senior lot for that hall. Creating an even higher demand for their back (ungated) lot.

Exactly, they built Kappa hall on their old senior parking lot, that was gated, now they have a tiny lot for all of their members that is ungated.

That is my little sisters' (IRL) chapter. They didn't have Kappa Hall when they were there though.

IN an earlier part of this thread I was trying to find out what chapters had a swimming pool. Anywho, I found 2 more:

Georgia Tech:
Sigma Nu
Theta Chi (Moved into their new house, complete with heated pool)

But I can't find any pics (of course).
