Dues?????

Can someone help me here. I know when alumnae chpt dues for your chapter are due , but does EO send out a form/statement for intn'l dues to be paid in a certain month or are you to automatically send in the $21.50(think that is correct amt??) yearly? I am confused when it is due......

Their fiscal year begins July 1st I believe, so you can send them in after that. I don't think they send anything out to remind you, but isn't there something in the Quarterly asking you to send in your dues? I don't remember.

Here in Kansas City,we have the ability to pay International and alumnae chapter dues all at once.We have one form that we sent out with our alumnae newsletter.We even have a website,under construction right now,that will offer us the ability to pay through paypal.When we get it up and runnign,I will be sure to post the link so you can take a look.

Lauralaylin is right, fiscal year begins July 1 so anytime after that you should pay your alumnae dues which is $21.31 this year ($20 for international dues and $1.31 for your Founders' Day pennies--but hey, we don't look a day over 130!)

Some members get dues invoices mailed to them by EO, others don't. It's a complex formula to get the most response when doing the mailing, but if you paid your dues last year, you *should* be getting an invoice this year from EO.

Some Alumnae Chapters also mail out International dues invoices as part of their fall mailings--yea!

But there are lots of options for paying your dues. You can give your check to your Alumnae Chapter and have them forward it to EO for you, or you can go to the Alpha Phi website to pay online (it's secure, but I'm out of practice on inserting links here). Or you can always get that check to me and I'll get it to EO for you!

So no excuses--PAY YOUR DUES!

Maybe Jill can help me find some fun emoticons to dole out for our alumnae dues paying members....!
