At CSU-East Bay (it is still CSU-Hayward to me), I saw 3 license plates frames with GLOs that are not at that school:

Gamma Phi Beta
Sigma Gamma Rho
Kappa Kappa Gamma

I ran into another Theta Phi last week. Unfortunately she wasn't very friendly, nor did she really seem to care.

This one is for knight_shadow:

I was in WalMart last night picking up Draino and a vacuum cleaner filter and saw one of your brothers in a snazzy black sweatshirt with red on white stitched letters. The fella and I ran into him again in the laundry/closet organization aisle and he was purchasing plastic hangers in red, white, and black. I'm not hating because my closet has color coordinated hanger for different types of clothing (though not in Alpha Gam colors), but with the sweatshirt it made me giggle.

He was among the best dressed in the store too, there were some crazy fashions to the point even my guy noticed, and he is mostly oblivious to people and crazy clothing.

Have they changed the letters of Greek Hill? Cause the SGRho letters used to be on there, so I always thought they had a chapter at the school.

I was at a table next to a Sigma Kappa from UVa in Chipotle today.

I also saw an Alpha Phi Alpha, a Kappa Alpha Psi, and a Sigma Gamma Rho on the the road to and from North Carolina this weekend. I met a ton of Greeks at ECU for homecoming as well, and we got to see a lot of their houses.

My boyfriend was goofing around on FB last week, and "Kanye Wested" a picture of me wearing my letters (except Kanye's hand was over the T). One of his former coworkers commented, "Is that a ZTA shirt she's wearing?" Turns out she is a sister from another PA chapter! She also wished me a happy Founders Day the next day via his FB wall. :-)

Two weird ones from my University...

Last night at the library I saw a girl (who I think was a Theta) wearing a Alpha Gamma Rho jersey. I had no idea what that meant and we definitely don't have it here. I guess it's an agricultural/life sciences fraternity? It looked kind of beat up - maybe it was her Dad's.

Aaaand somehow, one of the fraternities has gotten their hands on a Tri-Delt lettered tee, with the crest on the back. They've been making their pledges wear it around campus. I saw it once last spring, but wasn't sure... just saw it again, and it's definitely what I thought it was. We don't have Tri-Delt here, but if we did I imagine they'd be pretty PO'd. *shrug*

Right. Alpha Gamma Rho describes itself as a social/professional fraternity. It is a member of the NIC. It's similar to FarmHouse and Triangle in limiting membership to those in certain majors or intending to pursue certain careers.

I saw a Gamma Phi today, which is weird cause I'm not in Santa Cruz anymore. I pulled up to see if I knew her, but she looked like she was in her 40s.
