Recruitment preview
The University of Alabama Panhellenic Association has decided to stop hosting spring preview day, something they've done for at least 16 or 17 years.
It started as a day where PNMs, most still in high school, and their parents could hear talks about sorority recruitment and sororities, and then visit, in groups, each house for about 15 minutes for quick guided tours.
Last year, the format changed to no visits to houses but a sort of Greek and campus organization "fair," where prospective students could visit each group's table in the coliseum.
The past couple of years, sororities have also hosted invitational spring parties on two designated days. There's no word yet on if those will be continued.
