Going Grad chapter without crossing in undergrad

I am interested in going Greek under one of the Divine Nine of the NPHC. However, since NPHC was allowed on my campus (a very conservative baptist campus) I was unable to pursue that option. I just finished my Master's degree and I need to know/understand what to do to get noticed/approached. There is one in particular that I am most intrigued be but I am at the point where I just want to be approached.

Any help?

If you do not know people in the area to talk to and events to attend, check out the website(s) for the organization of interest. It is a similar process as the one you probably used to pursue your graduate program.
