Does ATO have a summer leadership program or convention or something? That would be a good time to meet a couple of the guys and find your own answers.

I've heard ATO has regional conventions. You should go to them and meet some of the brothers from over there. They might not be a good fit for you like your initiation chapter was, or if they even have a chapter at all (not listed on their website)

I'm curious what you mean by this. They're listed on UT's website. They're listed on ATO's website. They even have their own website. Where are you looking, exactly?
