Greek Culture

I was curious to see what the notion is of IFC and PHC Greek orgs of coordinating on rush, social and philanthropic events with Minority and Multicultural Greek Orgs on their campus.

It happens on some campuses but not most campuses.

If you are wondering whether it will work for your campus, ask the Greeks on your campus.

I doubt ANYONE would collaborate on rushing since that's a conflict of interest.

But I don't see why it would be a problem to do so for social / philanthropic events.

This may be true if it's two sororities or two fraternities. But my sorority always had a few rush events with MGC fraternities, like Mixer with brothers of XYZ or Wing Night with brothers of ABC. And then we would have other events that were not with other orgs, like Info Sessions and Frozen Yogurt Night.

True, true. That's a really good idea, actually.
