And in response to this part of your post. Just so you know, I'm not really moved by the opinion of others, and that includes you. It's just that you, as well as others, can never know enough about me inside and out to render sound judgement that holds true for a lifetime. The Bob Marley movie is not in any of the local theaters. I will have to catch it online. It is no surprise that critics like this documentary.
On the Tom Joyner morning show, they were talking about how they saw the movie online. They said after watching the movie they felt HIGH AS A KITE because the movie talks about how much weed Marley smoked everyday. Damn. I have never smoked weed but I can only imagine how intense that must have been to ALWAYS BE HIGH. For instance, whenever I see the below video, it looks like everyone on that stage is in a mental spaceship.

Tom Joyner Morning Show also talks about how Marley was a womanizer (DUH) and Rita Marley put up with a lot. The men on the morning show said she's a special kind of Black woman, as though it's a good thing. I see it the exact opposite.
Oh well...end rant...I look forward to finding this darn movie. In the midst of all of his flaws, Marley was talented, fine as hell, and sexy as hell. His sons are as well.  I still say Lauryn Hill wanted Bob Marley so she got his son.

The movie "The Raven" looks pretty good. I mean, based on the plot. But when I looked at the "Viewers Score" vs the "Critics Score" then I wasn't so sure. Viewers score is 87%, but the Critics score is 47%. That's a huge gap. Does anyone know what the difference is? Like, which one has more weight?

"Safe" looks pretty good, too. I like Jason Statham. I think he's a good actor. Might see that one tonight.

We went to see the late showing of "The Raven" last night. It was about Edgar Allan Poe. I knew that I wasn't going to like it 5 minutes into it. 0 stars.

I always peep the trailer or read the synopsis before I go see a movie, unless it's a movie my girl really wants to see. As soon as I saw that it was a movie about Edgar Allan Poe, I would have passed on that shit LOL.

I guess the commercials can be misleading. It tries to convey that this movie is a creepy, murder mystery, borderline Johnny Depp-ish movie (he stars in creepy movies).
I read one review that say that this murder mystery disgraces Edgar Allan Poe. Oh well...NEVERMORE. It probably is not a bad movie. The poem is a creepy poem which sparked a creepy episode of The Simpsons. NEVERMORE.

I normally read it too. But when I read it, it said something like the "tales" of Edgar Allan Poe. And since it was a thriller, I just thought that it was about his ghost or something. It was kind of misleading. A very dumb, and boring movie.
