Just wanted to point out I have a web cam here at my sister in laws house(Jeannine). I have the feature with her yahoo IM. No, I'm not doing anything like american pie.

The Salt Lake Shopping Center...that's my neighborhood. And you're right...there is a Subway there now! You'd be surprised to learn that there are a bunch of Magoo's Pizzas all over the island now...and the one on University is by far the most popular....it's practically the only place you can get beer for 75 cents.

hrm, if my 3rd grade memory serves me correctly, there is: Safeway, a floral shop next door to "subway", an ice cream shop in that shopping center. lol, That's all I can remember! lol.

Libert's Flowers and the Ice Cream Shop are no longer there...

If you were in 3rd grade, then that's around the time that my family moved into the area! There's a Wines and Spirits, a Sushi Bar, and a Ramen Shop there now...not to mention a nail salon and a Local Diner!

Good to hear that, because that's a creepy thought....Technology is pretty scary sometimes...as exhibited by American Pie.

Yeah, there are a lot of nuts out there. I can think of quite a few on gc. I got this rude IM from somone claiming to be from gc and they were really rude. They basically said I was psycho. Uhhh!

Actually, I wasn't really admiring him . .. I was just chuckling at his level of naivete (sp?).

ITs not that the person that he is with isn't the perfect match for him, she might be, but he has nothing to really compare her to, so he really doesn't know.

you know, i used to have this friend that has been with her guy for 5 years this feb. She always talks about how much she loves him and how he is the guy for her, but....... he is her first boyfriend. She has never been with anyone else, he was even her first kiss.

Sometimes i ask myself how she knows he is the one for her since she doesnt have anyone to compare to. On the other hand, there are those people that say "when hes/shes the one, you just know". Cant really argue there since i havent found "the one".

But..... i also admire the guy in the picture because you can tell that he and his GF are very much in love, and if she is truly the one, then i am very happy for both of them...... finding your soul mate is like winning the lottery
