Alpha Xi house at Michigan State

Woo hoo! We have a chapter house! Reading the article, it used to be the ZBT house a long time ago. I'm sure there is significant updating and construction that needs to happen, but the ground is everything, right?

Hopefully it will be ready for rush, but even being able to show the gals a construction site is something.

If you follow nationals on facebook they posted a blog about it. Includes a video of the inside. I linked it below.

Not Michigan State, but Epsilon at South Dakota has announced plans to raze and rebuild their 80 year old facility:

Beautiful on the inside (sorry I cringe at the outer modern architecture--looks like a block from the outside, at least from the video), but why did they choose drop ceilings? I know there may be plumbing and other structural reasons for that.

I think it was an existing building that was converted. Depends on how different the exterior is from other houses at Michigan State.
