I don't know, guys. For some reason I was under the impression that the OP wasn't talking about fraternities and sororities.

What's funny is that, even though Greeks did wear togas, it originated with the Etruscans, then eventually, the Romans.

I think togas look awesome. Sadly there is no such tradition as Greek life in the UK university system, and such things are to our detriment.

The regalia of it all is a key attraction.

Usually we wear these fashionable every day togas around...like to class and stuff...


But every once in a while, we go all out for parties and stuff...these are designer togas.

Isnt a toga just 1 or 2 big white sheets wrapped a certain way?

I remember a Snoopy toga from college, and one creative brother from a fraterity used a Twister mat.Sadly, I don't have photographic evidence of either .
