Some garlic chicken stir fry from the freezer, but after it cooking it, it barley made to dinner size portions. Therefore, I supplemented my meal with an old college staple, Cherrios!

Heck I had two (2) they were a heck of a lot cheaper to run, but the gas was a lot less too!

Porkchop and mashed potatoes for one! (It's actually only one mashed potato.) It isn't that hard to cook for just me sometimes.

Guess, I will just have left over Asian food and later home made ice cream.

Just did not care about cooking a big meal!

I'm not sure what you are asking, but I think you meant, "where did you eat that?"
I made it. It's not that hard. I typically don't eat out because I love to cook.

Anyways, big meal at lunch. Chicken marinated in Rica-Rica Sauce on the grill with wilted Bok Choi.

Bethenny Frandel's Scampi....

1 lb. tiger or large shrimp (deveined, butterflied and de-shelled with tails left on)
5 T butter
4 cloves minced garlic
1/2 C good white wine (dry)
Salt and Pepper
½ tsp crushed red pepper
Zest of ½ lemon
Juice of ½ lemon
1 T fresh parsley

Sauté shrimp on both sides for approx. 1.5 minutes until pink. Don’t over cook. Remove from pan and combine the rest of the ingredients, bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Add shrimp to mixture, combine, add salt and pepper. Finish with lemon zest and sprinkle with fresh parsley
