Okay, so I went looking for Emergen-C at Whole Foods (also an excuse to get some granola and some California rolls...but I digress...). Anyhow, the girl in the vitamin aisle was very helpful and even told me which flavors she likes the best.
So I decided to get one packet each of tangerine, raspberry, tropical and cranberry. I mixed the tangerine with probably about 12 ounces of cold water in a water bottle (it calls for 6-8 ounces, but I thought I would dilute it) and it was not bad at all! It just tasted like fizzy Gatorade!
So I am now waiting to see if it boosts my energy and gets rid of the sore throat that started yesterday. I'll have to post on how I feel tomorrow
