It's another cookies and milk dinner, as I had a big brunch and do not need too much before bedtime.

Nothing better than a roast beef sandwich with mayo and a fried potato paddy! Spice up the paddy for taste!

Since it's suddenly 30 degrees after a prior week 60+ days, we decided a pot of chili was welcome. So it's homemade chili (using really lean burger) and grilled cheese sandwiches on rye bread with Swiss cheese--cut up celery and other fresh veggies with peanut butter. We have shredded cheese, onion and sour cream for the chili.

If it feels like winter......

Corned beef, cabbage, carrots and potatoes. Cooked in my pressure cooker.
