Steps after a chapter closed

Hi guys, so recently my fraternity's chapter has been closed do to various reasons from past events all leading up to now. Im an incoming sophmore so even though it was not my fault, I am dealing with the punishment. I was wondering what steps could be taken now. Is appealing an option?

Usually there is an appeal process. Check with your officers, advisor, or national office.

A lot will depend on the exact reasons that your chapter was closed.

Basicly we were not accreditted this year and stuff from five years ago were braught up, things way before I was even in school which is why I think we may have a case if we can appeal in person.
