Question Sororities for Evening Students

I attend UofR in their continuing ed program. I was wondering if anyone had any information about sororities for us 'mature students' ~;-)? Would like to meet & form a group of like interested women for this 'evening sorority'. Talked to those on campus already involved in the greek life and there isn't a sorority that would fit that need. I mean after all, I'm 41 and I have a sneaking feeling that most 18/21 yr olds would have NO interest in mixing the age groups. Perhaps I'm wrong but I sure would like to find out. Anyway, if anyone has any ideas, please feel free to drop me a line "books59b@yahoo.com"
Thanks!

There are two international sororities that come to mind that may fit your needs. They are Beta Sigma Phi (www.betasigmaphi.org) and Epsilon Sigma Alpha (www.esaintl.com). Neither of these sororities are members of the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC), the National Pan-Hellenic Conference (NPHC) or any other umbrella group. Their chapters are almost exclusively "community-based" which means that they do not necessarily have collegiate chapters. Epsilon Sigma Alpha does have a few collegiate chapters.

Good luck in your search for sisterhood.

There is also a sorority for married and formerly married women - Mu Rho Sigma.
Here's a link to one chapter - you could e-mail them for more info:

The NPHC sororities offer graduate membership as well as undergrad. You are sure to find a mix of ladies of all ages!!
