Recruitment Outfits?

Hi everyone! I've been a silent lurker on GC for a while, and just today I decided to ask a few questions about outfits! Though I know outfits differ from school to school, but I want to keep my location anonymous. The only thing I will say, however, is my schools suggestions for outfits are pretty much the same as every other school with a large greek life! (Sorry for the vague description )

Anywhoo, I've been putting some outfits together. Some of my clothing I could not find on polyvore, so I'll just give an overal description.
For Day 1 (House Tours): I was planning on wearing this dress
(I'd just like to add that the dress is not as baggy as it appears, but it's the only picture I could find)

Day 2+3 (Philanthropy night): I don't have images of these, but both nights I was planning on wearing Lilly skirts and a coordinating top with flats.

Day 4 (Pref Night): with wedges. I'm mostly concerned this isn't dressy enough.. any thoughts?

Oh, and I'm so sorry there are a billion other threads just like mine! And yes, I do rather like Lilly So thanks so much for reading!

ETA: Thanks for all the help guys!

Pref. dress is not dressy enough. You need to shoot fro something classy that you would wear to a fancy wedding.

I really like the first dress for first round, but I agree that the pref dress is not as dressy as what the girls here wear.

Alright, thank you for all of your input! Your advice is greatly appreciated

For pref night, could anyone maybe send me some links for suggestions? I have a very hard time finding dresses because I am rather 'busty' on top compared to the rest of my body. In other words, I need a classy dress that will fit my whole body properly!

Edit: I also have another dress that I'm unsure if it's formal enough or not (The reason for these questions is some people told me the dresses are appropriate, others disagreed) I could not copy the image of the dress for some reason, but it is 'Sandra Darren Petite Jacquard Chain Waist Dress'. It comes down to the knees, but I'm a bit wary of wearing white to pref night.

Try the cocktail dresses on www.anntaylor.com. If you are busty, I would stay away from anything strapless, and watch out for cleavage. Try a good minimizer bra if needed, so that you have excellent support and appear more proportional. Maybe a color block dress with a darker color on top, if you can find one that looks classy?

I also think that v-necks are good, because the draw the eye up, as long as it doesn't show cleavage. Did you ever see Bridget Jones's Diary? Renee Zellweger put on about 20 lbs. to play that role (all in the bust, apparently). She wears a black v-neck dress at an anniversary party, and it looks great.

The 5'1" girl reviewing it says it hits above her knee, so it should be fine.

That is a cute dress, but...

1) You can't wear a strapped bra with it, and a strapless bra has major issues when it comes to gravity, for the well-endowed.

2) the pleated nature would accentuate a bust line.

This dress is really cute! However, I'm 5'7 so this dress might be a little short on me. Plus I saw a review from a girl who's smaller bust-wise then me, who said the dress only made her look bigger! Thank you so much for your suggestion though, I will keep it in mind!

Also, I plan on going to Ann Taylor today- I saw a lot of cute dresses there! Thank you for that suggestion Sciencewoman!

I would think all the extra pleating on that dress would add 15 pounds to you, unless it's exceptionally well made. And if you're 5'7" and it's above the knee on someone who's 5'1", it's going to be too short for you. For recruitment, it's almost always better to err on the side of too conservative. You're dressing to impress women, not men!

What about this one? (Or is it too conservative?)

Would something like this work?
http://www.anntaylor.com/ann/product...aultColor=6600

I'm assuming that the model is taller then I am, so it will probably hit me at the knee. However, again, I'm not sure if this is formal/conservative enough! Sorry for all the questions and like I said, I greatly appreciate all the help!

Or possibly http://www.anntaylor.com/ann/product...aultColor=6600?

I like both of those dresses. The black one will need some beautiful jewelry...either pearls or maybe a "statement" necklace or bracelet?
