Cool

dekeguy, will do Roast, but am going to Friends for Traditional Easter Fare.

Ham, Sweet Yams, Potatoes, Green Bean Cassarol and Huge Vegi Plater.

Well, Roast will come in handy This next Week for Left Overs.

Finishing up Ice cream tonight and making a New Batch in The Morning.

By The Way, Tell Your Father a friend of Yours from Kansas Said "BAAA" and see if He gets it!

If He doesnt, just tell Him never mind, He is South of The Command Staff College in Dotte Land!

Lobster roll last night, chicken and fettuccini alfredo tonight.

Tomorrow, I'm going to try to cook a ham. We'll see how that goes.

About 4-5 Zantac, chili (no honey! ), and saltines.

Has anyone ever been to one of the Titanic dinners? They're somewhat popular here (not this year, because of Good Friday), but I've always wanted to go to one. I guess I ate "steerage" tonight!

I can beat that - since my tomato allergy is acting up, I "washed" the chili first! There was a little left, but not much.

Unhappy

Well, My new experience with fixing a Roast!

Always make sure that when You are adding spices that it has a shacker top and not an open mouthed bottle!

Wow, celery salt has a lot of taste when you add a 1/3 bottle of it!

Should make great sandwiches when slather a lot of Mayo in the bread!

Plan for tonight is a starter of bruschetta with tapanade followed by roasted chicken with diced up bacon, capers, onions, sun dried tomatoes, and ripe olives spiced with Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning. This will go over cous cous cooked in chicken stock and flavored with harisa. Good pronounced flavors, so some Chianti Classico to wash it down and followed by bananas foster and then chicory coffee along with drambuie.

Tomorrow night will probably be roast beef po-boys and curried tomato soup. Keeping it simple 'cuz Thursday is another flight to the UK. Friday I plan to have dinner at my cousin's club in London where they always have great food and wine, unless he wants to opt for Rule's Restaurant. If its really memorable I'll post it here later.

Tom, I notice you eat alot of Mexican food. Are you in to more traditional/classic mexican food or more Tex-Mex.

Why didn't you invite me over?

Fried chicken and corn. I hadn't fried chicken in years. It came out pretty good.

My nieces are coming over for dinner tonight, so we're going to make home made pizza. Just in case, we'll have Dominos on stand by.
