Well, since most of you might know that Georgetown does not have a traditional system, I'll list what we do have, both social, professional, and service:

Service:
Alpha Phi Omega! Since 1956

Business:
Delta Sigma Pi (Mu Chapter. . .really old and has a strong fellowship aspect)
Alpha Kappa Psi (Much more recently founded. . .don't know much about them)

Black and Latino:
Delta Sigma Theta. . .Nu Alpha Chapter. Our women USED to pledge with Mu Beta at George Washington University, but for some reason, in Spring 1997, Georgetown was added to the charter at American University. Nu Alpha was founded in the late '70's

Alpha Kappa Alpha. . .Omicron Pi. . .from what I understand, their chapter was founded in the '80's. It includes the three Catholic Colleges in DC: Georgetown, Catholic, and Trinity.

Alpha Phi Alpha. . .Nu Beta. . founded in the late '70's. Chapter includes GU, George Washington, American, and Catholic. The last Georgetown Alpha graduated in May 2000.

Kappa Alpha Psi. . .Kappa Chi. . .still active at Georgetown and American. Not sure when they were founded, possibly late 70's/early 80's.

Malika Kambe Umfazi. . .Benu Queendom. . .there is one member at Georgetown, but the chapter is headquartered at Howard University.

La Unidad Latina, Lambda Upsilon Lambda. . .Chi Chapter. This chapter was founded by two Georgetown students in Spring '97 but currently only has members at American and George Washington.

Latinas Promoviendo Comunidad/Lambda Pi Chi. . .Epsilon Chapter was founded at American and Georgetown in Fall '96 and currently has a member at GU.

There was an attempt at founding a chapter of Phi Beta Sigma in 1977, but it never caught on.

There used to be an intermediate chapter of Omega Psi Phi that included Georgetown students, but now the organization's intermediate chapters have gone strictly graduate.

LAST, BUT NOT LEAST, Georgetown's newest Fraternity, and to my knowledge our first traditional "social" fraternity is Alpha Epsilon Pi. I think they were founded in 2001.
