lyrics to sae pledge song?
Does anybody remember at least the first verse to the sae pledge song? It is sung to the tune of A tavern in the town. I was a member of Illinois Alpha at Monmouth College during the 1960's. I have been unable to extract the complete lyrics from my brain ever since our reunion last month.

I can sing, most of it, just not able to write it down.
Call National-someone there will help you out.

Pledge song
Does it by any chance start out like this?
We are the Zeta pledges you've heard so much about.
People stop and stare at us whenever we are out.

it goes something like this and gets faster each time:
I’m pledged to dear old SAE, SAE,
And there’s no place I’d rather be, rather be,
Than in the deal old chapter hall,
With those whom brothers I will call.
Chorus
Fare thee well, for I must leave thee,
Do not let this parting grieve thee,
For I’m going to the very best fraternity.
Adieu, ye other frats, adieu, adieu, adieu,
I do not care to come with you, come with you,
For I’ve been bid by jolly SAE,
And that’s the only frat for me.
