Chili with beans, add HOT Sauce a lot, and then some dashes of vinegar. But then must have saltines and butter for tummy coating!!!

Salted crackers for heartburn!!!!!!

Home made chicken noodle soup...a healthy companion to the frosted Christmas cookies we're producing in full-on, assembly line mode today!

I made 4 five dozen batches of dough last night, and today we are rolling, baking, and decorating! It's my grandma's recipe and they are sooooo good!

We made a LOT more crescents than arrows, angels, or owls. You can see there was a Gamma Phi in charge of the rolling/cookie cutting, not the Pi Phi and FIJI "elf" helpers!

We went to the office Holiday party at La Scarola in Chicago. I had the Pollo Florentino, which had THREE chicken breasts on it - amazing!! Tiramisu and expresso followed.

A carrot with milk and cookies. Isn't that what every busy Santa eats for dinner in December?

Chicken cooked with carrots and spices, homemade (lumpy on purpose) mashed potatoes, and cranberries. No dessert, as we're saving appetites and waistlines for the next few days when we'll all eat way too many goodies.

Hope everyone reading this has a warm and happy holiday season with their family, friends, and lots of delicious items to eat!
