“Pamper Me Day”
PROM DRESS PROJECT

When: Saturday, April 27, 2002
(10:00a.m. - 1:00p.m.)
Where: Mt. Moriah Baptist Church
17th and East Capitol Street, N.E.
Who can attend: All DC high-school ladies attending your school’s prom

Ladies will be able to select a free gown of their choosing, as well as receive instruction on hair/body care, etiquette, and make-up application.
