I'm reading "A Quiet Life In The Country" by T.E. Kinsey. It's a murder mystery set in 1908. Got it via the Amazon lending program. If you're interested in it: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/custo...deId=200757120

I'm in the middle of "Hidden Figures", the book about the women--in
this case African-American--who worked as "computers" (mathematicians) in the early days of NASA. I love history, and I have learned tons from this book. Not only do you meet the three ladies featured in the film but many other research pioneers as well.

I just finished The Swans of Fifth Avenue by Melanie Benjamin and starting Answered Prayers by Truman Capote this weekend. I've been in a bit of a Tru mood lately after watching Breakfast at Tiffany's, Capote and Infamous. Such an interesting character.

I'm reading The Odessa File. I've seen the movie, but if I read the book, it's been years and years ago. It feels new, so I don't think I did.

The Last Mile - David Baldacci

I almost didn't pick this up, thinking I had read it. Then I realized that I had read the first two chapters - at the end of The Memory Man! I get frustrated when they do that...
