While the National Panhellenic Conference have a few member organizations with collegiate chapters in Canada, the majority are in the USA and there currently are none in Europe. You can learn more at www.npcwomen.org and contact them, as well as talk to your university's Student Life Coordinator about campus activities. You might also consider starting an organzation of your own, something that will require a huge investment of time and energy. You can check out the Locals Forum of Greek Chat to find some American members who are members of sororities that are not affiliated with the National Panhellenic Conference to learn more about their experiences and how to get started. I'm not a big fan of recommending people start their own sorority; I personally feel it requires a lot more time and work that can be put to better use on doing well in school, getting involved with established activities and networking to get a great internship or job.

There is an alumnae panhellenic in the UK and several NPC sororities have alumnae chapters there as well. There are no collegiate chapters. The only European chapter of an NPC sorority (in Mannheim, Germany) closed a couple of years ago when the campus was closed (it was a branch of Univ of Maryland).
