Pledging at another school

I hope someone can answer a question for me. I am attending a university in Arizona, but the main campus is 2 hours away(where the BGLO's are) but there is another university here in my area that also has BGLO's. Can I pledge here in my area? I would have more to offer a chapter in my area more so than one two hours away.
