What is stopping the poor from doing that today? Plenty of jobs in tech, computer science, healthcare, biotech, pharmaceuticals, engineering, robotics, banking and finance.
Can you tell me ANY system with ANY leaders where the poor will be successful? Pick any system you want, use it in your town, own the results and stop making excuses.
