I adore the midwest and I love Kansas City but the high tomorrow is 12 degrees and cloudy with flurries and a 10 mph nnw wind.It normally isn't this cold at least not for several consecutive days.My weather man said it will continue to be this cold for the next 5 to 7 days.I know that you northeastern ladies (lauralaylin and aphigal) are feeling the cold too.For you Cali ladies that have never experienced winter,12 degrees with 10 mph north wind is hurts to breathe cold.

I am so sick of the cold I can't stand it. And I've been inside for a week and a half sick! It was fun when I didn't have to drive 15 miles to work in the snow. After a 4 hour commute in early Dec and driving in 2 feet of snow 3 days later, I got sick of winter pretty quickly. But spring will start before we know it. February usually has one or two days that are in the high 40s, I'm praying Im not working during one of them!
