If you don't want anyone to use it, then lock it away.

I know I've mentioned this elsewhere on the board but someone needed to use an umbrella because of a sudden rain. I let the girl use my Alpha umbrella, told her to be careful with it, and told her that if ANYONE gave her any problems, to tell them they could see ME. Cuz I'll be damned if being an Alpha precludes me from being a gentleman.

I'm saying there are situations where you feel more obligated to be a gentleman. Often when I'm in my line jacket or other jackets w/ letters I'm in class or out casually. In those situations it would be overkill to whip off my jacket for every woman who felt chilly all of a sudden. Thanx for nit-picking!...

Being that homegirl is from my alma mater...SHE SHOULD KNOW BETTER THAT THAT!! Lord, thank God she did not try that at Carolina.

At the subject at hand: I wouldn't let anybody wear my letters...except my mom.

So...how would you explain your mom in your letters...unless...Is she a soror?

That story was TMI, but you could've just pulled her back inside the room instead of taking the shirt off her in the hallway for all to see.

My beau is not particularly partial to salmon pink or apple green so it's not an issue with me. LOL. No seriously, I wouldn't let him or even a woman wear my letters. And if it's raining they can get under the umbrella but I'll have to hold it myself.

ETA: I would drape my 6 year old niece in my jacket if that's all that she had and it was freezing cold and raining on us (this actually happened at a nighttime baseball game this spring - I had to take off my jacket and put it on her, but fortunately it was not an Alpha Kappa Alpha jacket).

They tease his frat all the time about his girlfriend wearing Kappa para but he still lets it go on.

I thought it was a little over board but got to thinking that maybe he's right. I wouldnt want to see him in my DST ever (not that he would want to) but you know what i mean. Not only that but it goes both ways....would you let your mom or your dad wear your frat/sorority hat or t-shirt...etc.

Tell me what you think...i really want to know!!! (sorry its so long )

Does this count?

How about the guys who profile and try to pick up women with a sorority tag on the car?

Back in the day, when I cared, I would put the dude on blast real quick.
