If the most that they've been accused of in the "hazing" accusation is marching through the campus singing a song, the campus seems to have been overexcessive.
And the sexual assault charges seem to be a red herring -- they (allegedly) happened in 2005 and were never criminally prosecuted.
I'd cry foul, too, if I was this fraternity. I think sometimes situations like this arise merely because a college hires an anti-greek person who sees it as their moral duty to kick off greek organizations because of what he or she *thinks* is going on.
