I disagree with Mike's opinion on the topic. Certainly no the first or last time that will happen between brothers. However; Kappa Sigma was founded initially a the University of Bologna in 1400. The North American Founding is beleived to have occurred in 1869 as you mentioned.

But when this happens, and the Kappa name is on it, and it is SPREAD ON THE INTERNET, I, imsohappythatiama, and any other KKG has the right to be concerned.
P.S. Kappa Sigma was founded in 1869. Do your research before you impersonate a fraternity brother
