Unhappy What I would LOVE to tell the Store Owner!

Okay, most of us have finished, hopefully, the majority of our shopping so what would you like to tell the store owner (even if the chances of him/her actually reading these here are pretty slim).

1. Big Department Stores - Have more than 1 employee in the China Department!!!!!! Out of the 6 of us standing in line, there was only 1 customer who didn't need the employee to go FIND the item because, gee, there was a space for it on the shelf but it wasn't there ((she didn't find another one!!)), ring up sales, go back to never-never-land and WRAP the present, help someone exchange a gift, ignore the ringing telephone.... It took me 40 minutes..longer than all the other present-buying-standing-in-line times separately.

The 6:00 replacement employee never did come to the register even though she did pop by to log in and go back to the never-neverland so a mgr had to come take the first employee's place so that she could leave at 6:20. (Before the 1st employee left, the mgr was on the phone with a caller that wanted 19 (!!!) of a certain type of Christmas glass, the store had 3...I think I would have started looking before the 21st of December!

I must say the employee had a great attitude through all this.

I only have to buy a few frames and I am finished...then off to stand in the grocery store line...

Thanks for letting me vent!

"The day after Thanksgiving is too soon to play non-stop Christmas music"

"stop acting like Christmas is over on December 20th. When all the Christmas things are hiding in the back, and I see Valentine's decoractions up (IN DECEMBER!!!!!) it makes me feel bad"

Don't close a cash register when there are half hour to forty-five minute lines waiting to check out.

This happened to my son and me just yesterday.

Please do not put the bathing suits out on display in December, for crying out loud!!! (Yes, I saw some.)

And I'd like to tell Wal-Mart to use some more of their forty million checkout lanes instead of just the two on either end.

Thank you.
