Hell, I am 51 so I guess I will just go move to the nursing h ome now!!!!! And I will be there all by myself since I have no one to love me.

Hello anxiety and panic attack. Haven't seen you guys in a few years. That rough plane ride must have triggered it. I forgot how awful this feels.

Oh my...I'm sorry... My one & only involved a Fire look out tower in Tennessee & a 10 month old baby. - Not a good experience or memory.

Some Realtors still refuse to Pre-Qualify (ie: getting pre-qual info for financing & finding their motivation for looking) the Buyers with whom they are working. Either they are just lazy or they are afraid the buyer will be offended if the Realtor wants to know if they can actually buy a house. It's a waste of the Realtor's time and a waste of the Seller's time.

Really? I'd think that after the whole mortgage meltdown and the fact that its harder to get a mortgage now then it was 5 years ago would motivate realtors to get all of their clients pre-approved these days. The sellers of the first house I made an offer on mentioned (via their agent) they wouldn't look at any offers that weren't accompanied by a bank pre-approval letter.
