Credit Score and Loans

Hypothetically, if my credit score is between 600-720, would that be considered bad credit when it comes to applying for private loans (for school)?

Hypothetically, between 600 and 720 is a HUGE margin when it comes to loans. 600 is below average but you will probably get a student loan. 720 is about average, maybe higher but there shoudl be no problem getting approved at that amount.
