Eggs

This is for my buddy, Tom Earp. I noticed you have a problem with peeling hard-boiled eggs. It may be that you are overcooking them. Place the eggs in a saucepan and add enough cold water to cover. Heat to boiling, cover with lid and remove from heat. Let stand off the heat for exactly 18 minutes. Pour off water in pan and run cold water over eggs until they are cool enough to handle. Crack eggs in sink and peel under cold running water. The shells should peel off very easily. Works for me everytime. I hope this helps.

My secret vice....Banquet Fried Chicken dinner. It brings back memories from childhood of the TV dinners in the aluminum trays.

Know what you mean!!! Cannot get the chicken peices anywhere anymore, DANG! Easy fixins and cheap to boot.
