Post Tired so very tired

What do you do when it is the end of the semester and everyone is tired of working so hard for the sorority but you are the VPR so your job is getting down to the wire and no one will listen? I am having major burnout. Thanks.

I know what you mean.

I don't hold an office this year, but I'm still very active with Initiation and preparations for Convention.

Initiation's on Saturday and thankfully I've remembered my part by now . Still, there's many things that need to be done for the ceremonies, Fireside, and IRD.

I'm also in the process of making arrangements for our Convention delegation. Since I was the only one without an office, I offered to do it to help ease the officers' strain.

I need a vacation!

Hey! First of all, sympathize with the fact that people are burned out. You can understand that! Next, see if you can find a group of devoted sisters to help you...roommates, rose sisters, whoever...so you can take some of the strain off of you. Do you have a committee? Then, you have to get everyone ready for recruitment. Give them little pieces at a time. People are apt to tune out if they get overloaded with info. Make it FUN and stress the importance that everyone participate.
