Since I'm on my own for dinner, I had a large lunch instead. I went to Kaufman's Deli and had a Reuben, no Thousand Island Dressing.

It was marvelous!!

A COLD day in K C watching the Chiefs and Browns game calls for homemade chili spiced up with hot sauce and a dash of vinegar.

Of course, I will need some buttered saltines!!!!

Got beef lasagna baking in oven. Figure I can make several meals out of it, but wish it did not cost so much to do.

Now to figure out what do do to alternate meals, LOL!

Crock pot chicken leg quarters in cream of chicken soup. Spiced with pepper and Tony Cs. Gives gravy for the below side dish.

Stove top stuffing and cranberry sauce.

Still need help with above post, PLEASE!!!!

Never put to much water in crock pot like did, DAH!!!
