Think Mahi-Mahi for dinner tonight!

Don't use "fresh" eggs-let them sit in your fridge for a few days before you boil them.
I always take the eggs off the burner, and let them sit for an hour or so to cool down, then run really cold water over them and let them sit for 10 minutes or so.

Yeah, guacamole is the best. I've been trying to find a good kind in the grocery stores. One brand was really good but I haven't seen it the past few weeks.
Good stuff though, I must agree.

The Gran Chef Pooh Ba said dont boil eggs to long. Let set to cool a bit.
Run cold water after boiling and let set. Pull out hold in hand and if not hot, peel!
Got to do deviled eggs today, think will do BBQ chicken leg quarters, potatoe salad.
Working 11 hours Mon., left over Prime Rib Au Jus with cold Crab meat with a little lemon butter and twice baked potatoe.
God what great left overs.
Nikki, will try that, maybe I try to peel to dang soon!
More of the egg saga to come!!
Will let you know at later date!
