Short course on preparation (not in any specific order, just what I consider important):
1) Resume
2) Photographs
3) Social Networks - should be impeccable/immaculate
4) Conversation skills
5) Appropriate apparel/attire/grooming (paging ellebud! or just do a search on her posts, she is a Goddess IMO)
6) Confident (not arrogant), positive, mature attitude
7) Recommendations and contact with Panhellenic alumnae group(s). For example, I have been approached by friends of friends who know that I am a GLO alumna. As a courtesy to them and to the PNM, I will meet and interview a PNM so that I can write a recommendation.
8) GPA should be at or above the GPA of the chapters you'll be meeting. If not, be prepared for heavy cuts.
Good luck to you!
Enjoy yourself. Recruitment is a fabulous opportunity. We're excited for you and we all hope that your outcome is positive.
