Saw the SICKEST muscle car. Either a new model Mustang or some type of Dogde with the high angular spoiler. It was black with old gold stripes and a matching Alpha Phi Alpha front decorative reflective license plate. It was AWESOME! It was pretty much what I'd like to do on a Camaro, but in rose and white.

After a long day at my summer writing intensive grad class, a few of us were walking back to our cars. We pass by the greek court, and someone had a question about the houses. I said I was greek but my house wasn't on this particular campus. Another woman replied hers wasn't either. Lo and behold, she was a sister of mine!

Just found out (via FB) that a girl that graduated 3 years before me (so she's class of '00) is an ADPi from U of Arizona.

I guess being greek was more popular than I thought for the peeps at my school.

Saw two girls at ikea in Charlotte yesterday, one wearing Gamma Phi Beta letters and the other wearing Alpha Kappa Psi letters.

Now on I-85 going back to Raleigh, just saw a car with Clemson and Zeta Tau Alpha window decals.

All the greeks were wearing letters at my mall yesterday. I saw a KKG, a Phi Sigma Sigma, and an SGRho - all in Banana Republic.

Driving by U of A today, and I passed by some of the greek houses (at least the ones you can see from the next street over). They were Sigma Chi, ADPi and the front of the "Delta" house (whichever one is right across the street from the ADPi house).

One day I'll drive down the actual street and look at all the houses. lol

Lucky you! I've never seen a car on the road with our letters.

I saw a car on I-66in NoVA with a vanity plate saying "ITS AGD." While "AGD" could be a number of things, like the owner's initials, I'm just going to insist that they represent my Syracuse Triad sisters in Alpha Gamma Delta.

Saw a lady wearing an Alpha Chi Omega t-shirt at Publix in Melbourne yesterday. Didn't get the chance to say hello, though!

I had a meeting near a university and found out that one of the young ladies taking notes at the meeting is a DG who is still a collegiate. I said "cool! I'm a Delta. Delta Sigma Theta." She said "ohhh...I don't think we have any here."

I said "yes, you do...I parked my car not too far from their house which has our symbols and so forth on the front. Plain as day."

She said "Sorry! I'm so embarassed."

She should be and her lack of awareness speaks volumes (not about DG, of course, DG rocks ). The next day, she wore some DG flip flops to go with her DG tote bag.
