Chicken Soup (guess who's seeing the doctor tomorrow?), lots and lots of water.
ETA: LOVE the cookbook idea!

both the soup and the chicken sound good (and easy). My kids complain that I only cook "real" food on the weekends, so I am always looking for healthy and yummy recipes!
Tonight will be chili and 1 piece of cheddar beer bread. Since I am cooking, it is all mine!

Place breasts in a single layer, crumb-side up in a 10x15 inch baking pan. Bake at 500 degrees until crumbs are golden and breasts are white in center of thickest part. (cut to test) About 15 minutes. Serve whole or cut crosswise in thick slices. Accompany with Dijon sauce.
Dijon sauce: mix ½ C mayo, ½ C Dijon mustard.

Sounds yummy!

You can buy a canister of bread crumbs in the baking aisle. You can also get panko crumbs in the Asian food section.
Tonight - Jackson/Lee Dinner - have no idea what is being served.

Yeah, the recipe calls for panko, but I just used bread crumbs instead. It's pretty easy to make. I made extras for leftovers. Mmmm...that's an idea!

I'm giving LucyKKG's Dijon Chicken recipe a try. We'll also have potatoes, green beans, and homemade bread.
