Here’s the informal recruitment page from the IU website - they do have the additional information there. Besides the form and the list of chapters doing informal, it does give the dates of events for the two groups doing open invite events, plus the specific contact email addresses for all the groups doing informal. There’s also a note that Alpha Chi Omega is no longer extending bids.

I couldn't reach the exact site from your link, but clicked-on to the blue-hilited IU panhellenic google site it suggested instead to get through.
ETA: Okay, your link works now, thank you.

Alpha Delta Pi and Theta Phi Alpha have also stopped extending bids, per the website.

The dropping/withdrawals are much less than I thought. It looks like a successful recruitment.

I was told (although I don’t see it written down) that everyone that SIPed and was not matched WAS offered a snap bid to sonewhere

If 1253 signed a MRABA and 73 SIPed and were not matched, that would leave 1180 bids; but would the 1188 Bids Received number then indicate that eight women accepted a snap bid? Or that only 8 of the 73 were offered a snap bid?

73 snap bids were offered? If that was the case, then not many accepted?
