I'll be in Dallas on October 8th! Woo hoo. Except that it's Texas/OU weekend so the traffic is gonna be a bitch.... And the fair probably will be too.

Hope ya'll have fun! I think the State Fair is the thing I miss most about Dallas.

Oh yeah... it's that time of year again!

Be sure and flush twice...
it's a LONG way to Austin!

Only 221 miles due south of where I live... except on OU/Saxet weekend!

BOOMER SOONER!!!
TUCK FEXAS!!!

OK... now that I've had the opportunity to vent my spleen... any weekend other than the Red River War weekend might be doable. Lived in Dallas for several years, yet haven't gone near the Fair. Perhaps this is the year?

Ok, I'm an Aggie, so I generally don't like UT.... But I have to say I think they have ya this year.

Ya'll sucked ass today against UCLA.

No biggie... I don't expect my Sooners to make it six asskickings in a row over Texas in the Cotton Bowl. As long as they win against the Shorthorns and the OSUcks Cowpukes, I'll be happy, even if all the Sooners get is a bid to the Toilet Bowl!

And if we do lose against the Shorthorns... y'all Aggies better be sure to SAW VARSITY'S HORNS OFF!

I'll gladly support trash talking if theres any substance behind it. You sound like the fat girl at the party talking about how no one wants to be with her cause she's so hot, and we're all around going um, no. Like how UT was ranked #2 going into Saturday and OU was ranked #21 BEFORE losing to UCLA. (good job Bomar, btw)

You cant be cocky when your team is this far down for the first time since 1997 and EVERYONE is now saying (Before today's game) they wouldnt even get an invite to a marginal bowl game, much less a BCS series. (and do love how OU has the WORST ranking in the entire Big 12 non conference - and thats behind Baylor - WHO IS EVER BEHIND BAYLOR? Thats just SAD.)

You are gonna have to change your sig, cause frankly, its just embarassing for you. Seriously, 41 - 24?

Again, if its warranted, then cool, but you gotta remember, this isnt last year and Stoops has to do something more than just say that 'We can do better." Maybe he should coach better or have a team that sucks less and has less fumbles.

See what your sig looks like when UT is the national champs. lol.

Do we have a Big XII smack-talking thread? Cause we should. LOL.

I feel bad bogging down this thread with it.

But, I'm proud of Baylor so far this year... Aren't they 3-0 now? good for them, but I don't think it will stay that way once conference play starts.

Oh, and just a reminder.... My Aggies beat the HELL outta SMU yesterday! WHOOP!

This thread is cracking me up. My ex-fi is a huge OU fan so I'm having a ball watching them lose this year. And a lot of my coworkers graduated from UT (Texas) and I'm a Tennessee fan. We have a lot of fun picking on each other about the 'real UT'. I bet the Florida fans will have fun with me tomorrow (sigh).

I'm moving to Dallas in mid-October. Please keep me in mind when y'all plan the next gathering. And any info you can give me on the area would be great - just pm me. Thanks.

I'm obviously a Longhorn fan and the ex was from Knoxville, so we'd go round and round about the 'real UT' as well.

Yea, my Sooners are sucking mightily this year... I'll even concede the Red River War to the Shorthorns - just so long as we beat the sh*t outta the Swillwater Cowpukes at Bedlam! (We gotta beat at least one of our perennial rivals this season!)

Hay Aggies... do us a favor and SAW VARSITY'S HORNS OFF!

Everyone knows the "real UT" isn't Austin.... the school in Austin is really "TU"

Most all of my family went to A&M... so I just had to toss that comment in there
